We want you to book with confidence. Our cancellation policy for direct reservations is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the arrival date: the full amount paid is refunded.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: an amount equal to the first night of the reservation is retained.
• With less than 48 hours notice or in the event of a no-show: the full reservation amount is charged.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a rate difference.
